Payments

There are two fees that you will be charged for on demand waste pickup

They include:

• A monthly service fee that provides access to the scheduling calendar. This is a recurring monthly fee and does not include any pickups.
• Individual pickup fees are charged for each pickup that you schedule, These rates vary based on property type and size.

Trash pickup guidelines:

• Members may schedule pickups up to 6 am for pickup on the same day. 
• Scheduled pickups are not cancellable but may be rescheduled to another day.  Rescheduling must be done before 6 am on the date of the pickup
• Trash does not have to be sorted from recycling
• Bag counts are based on 13 gallon trash bags. 
• Our driver will pickup the number of bags that were requested at the time of booking. Please note following items are not eligible for pickup:
• Oversized Items including bags exceeding 13 gallons
• Electronics
• Batteries
• Paints/Household Chemicals
• Oils, Gasoline, or other flammable chemicals
• Driver will arrive between 8 am and 5 pm and remove the number of bags requested in your booking
