Our aim was to create a cost-effective, personal and efficient solution for trash removal that not only saves you time if you are a residential member, but also money if you are a vacation rental owner. It prevents trash sitting in sheds at rentals that can attract unwanted visitors and it also saves your cleaning team a LOT of trouble and time – which can ultimately give them the ability to clean to a higher standard or save you money on their cleaning fee.

As previous cleaners, we quickly realized the wasted man hours we were incurring while dealing with trash. We also noticed the smiles that appeared on our cleaners faces when we created this company, as they no longer had to haul trash away in their cars to dumpsters or the dump – ultimately giving them greater job satisfaction and more energy to focus on what really matters - attention to detail.

We mentioned our idea to a few locals and we got a lot of enthusiasm from retired residents who didn’t want to deal with trash – especially in the colder months, as well as families with young children and professional individuals who would rather spend their valuable time doing something more meaningful.

We don’t believe you should be paying for something if you don’t really want it.

We charge a small monthly subscription to cover our maintenance costs – things like website hosting, extra time it might take to clean up after a trash panda or two, vehicle maintenance and all those costly back end duties needed to run a business. The amount you pay for the actual trash collection covers the time to get to you and pick up your trash and dispose of it while leaving your trash area as you would want to find it. 

To keep costs down we do not have a number you can call. We aim to return all emails and submission forms within 24hours and, if you need to speak to us, we will be happy to give you a call at a time that is convenient to you.
